  • Age Requirement

    -The main renter should be 25 years old and above and his/her guests should be MAJORITY 25 years old and above.

  • 2. Do you allow parties?

    -We do not allow PROM, PARTIES, OR EVENTS!

  • 3. Do you have a minimum night requirement?

    -Yes! For weekdays, we have a 4-night minimum stay and for the weekends, we have a 2-night minimum stay (Must include Friday and Saturday nights).

  • 4. Do you allow Saturday check-in?

    -No, we do not offer Saturday check-in/check-out.

  • 5. What is your cancellation policy?

    Direct Bookings: Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.

    AIRBNB- Super strict 30 days
    -Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.
    -The Airbnb service fee is not refundable

    VRBO- Moderate
    -Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

  • 6. Are your properties pet-friendly?

    -Yes, all our properties are pet-friendly. We only allow 3 dogs maximum with an additional pet fee of $100/dog.

  • 7. Do we need to submit some requirements after booking?

    -Yes! We will ask for the main renter’s valid ID, alternate phone number, a signed contract and if the reservation is made last minute (less than 7 days from the check-in date), we will ask for an ID from some of your guests.

  • 8. Do you have cameras inside the house?

    -The premise may be under surveillance by video recording devices at the unit's front and back entranceways and/or the driveway only!

  • 9. Upon booking, do I need to pay the full amount?

    -It depends on your check-in date. We require 50% payment from the total amount upon booking. The other 50% will be charged automatically from your card 30 days before your check-in date. So, if your check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, we will charge the full amount.

  • 10. When is your pool and hot tub open?

    -Our pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. We might open the pool early and keep it open past Labor Day if the weather permits. **Please inquire one week before your arrival if your reservation is in May or September. As for the hot tub and indoor heated pool, it is available all year round.

  • 11. What time is check-in and check-out?

    -Our standard check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. We offer PAID early check-in at 12 pm and late check-out at 3 pm.

  • 12. Do we need to bring linens and towels?

    -No, we provide the linens and towels.

  • 13. If we bring our own linens and towels, can the linens & towels fee be removed from the total cost?

    -No, all our fees are not optional.
